Synopsis

Once Upon a Christmas Miracle is a heartwarming holiday film that tells the true story of a young woman named Heather Krueger who is diagnosed with liver disease and in desperate need of a transplant.

One day, a man named Chris Dempsey hears about Heather's story and decides to get tested to see if he is a match. To everyone's surprise, Chris turns out to be a perfect match and agrees to donate part of his liver to save Heather's life.

As the two strangers prepare for the life-changing surgery, they begin to form a deep bond and realize that their connection goes beyond just being donor and recipient. Once Upon a Christmas Miracle is a story of hope, love, and the true meaning of Christmas.
