Synopsis

Once Upon a Time in London is a crime drama film that tells the story of the notorious gangsters Billy Hill and Jack 'Spot' Comer, who ruled the London underworld in the 1930s. The film follows their rise to power, their violent rivalry, and their eventual downfall.

Billy Hill and Jack 'Spot' Comer were two of the most feared and respected criminals in London during this time. They controlled the illegal gambling, protection rackets, and other criminal activities in the city.
