Synopsis

As a group of mercenaries hold an entire city in the grip of terror, a force of one unleashes an all-out assault to stop them in this gripping martial arts action thriller. Martial arts superstar Jeff Wincott is Alec McNeil, an ex-FBI agent haunted by the death of his former partner. But when brutal criminal mastermind Stein Kruger threatens to release a cloud of nerve gas over the city of Los Angeles, holding McNeil's father hostage in the process - enough is enough. Against the express orders of his former FBI superior, McNeil launches a single-handled effort to bring Kruger to his knees in this nonstop, clock-ticking martial arts explosion.
