Synopsis

Paradise Lost 3: Purgatory follows the aftermath of a horrific triple child murder discovered in West Memphis, Arkansas in 1993.

The film focuses on the West Memphis Three, three boys who were convicted for the crime with questionable evidence.

Over the years, a mass movement has emerged to prove the boys' innocence, while the state is reluctant to admit any wrongdoing.

Amidst new evidence and suspects, the Three share their own story of enduring injustice, despite opposition from the victim's families.

The film explores the debate surrounding the case, which ultimately reaches an inadequate resolution.
