Synopsis

Power and Beauty

This is a movie version of the book "My Story" by Judith Exner ISBN 0-923891-90-0 except that some details are added based on information obtained from other stories.

Judy was friends with Chicago Mobster Johnny Rosselli who proceeded to introduce her to famous movie stars William Campbell and Frank Sinatra, famous people like Senator John F. Kennedy, and other mobsters like Sam Giancana. Soon, she is carrying messages back and forth between the president and the mob, as the president wants to hire the mob to assassinate Fidel Castro.

This is a movie about history. Is it true? Did it really happen like this? These questions keep being asked. It was in the newspapers again only a few days ago.

What really did happen for sure is that Judith Campbell was subpoenaed to testify before the United States Senate Intelligence Committee headed by Senator Frank Church. There, she admitted knowing the mobsters and the president, which she could not deny because after all they had the pictures to prove it, but she denied carrying messages between them.

Virtually every character in this movie is portraying a known real and famous person. The actors were selected for their resemblance to the real people. However, there is one big star in the book who is left out of the movie because he is still alive and obviously the producers feared lawsuits. They will probably edit him in after he dies.
