The Drop
In the crime drama film The Drop, Bob Saginowski works as a bartender in a Brooklyn bar that serves as a money drop for local gangsters. One night, the bar is robbed and Bob finds himself caught up in a dangerous web of deceit and betrayal.
As tensions rise between the various criminal factions, Bob must navigate the treacherous underworld of Brooklyn to survive. With the help of his cousin Marv, played by James Gandolfini in his final film role, Bob must outwit the dangerous men who seek to destroy him.
Directed by Michael R. Roskam and based on a short story by Dennis Lehane, The Drop is a tense and gripping thriller that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
