Synopsis

"Sono tornato" is an Italian comedy film directed by Luca Miniero. The story follows the character of Benito Mussolini, who mysteriously reappears in present-day Italy. Mussolini, played by comedian Massimo Popolizio, finds himself in a world very different from the one he left behind. He is mistaken for a comedian and becomes a viral sensation on social media. As he navigates this new reality, Mussolini must confront the consequences of his past actions and come to terms with the changes in society. The film explores themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the power of satire in confronting dark chapters of history."
