Synopsis

"South Solitary" is a film set in 1927, where a young woman named Meredith arrives at a remote lighthouse island off the coast of Australia. She is there to marry the lighthouse keeper, but soon discovers that he has passed away. Alone and isolated, Meredith must navigate the challenges of living on the island while dealing with her own grief and loneliness.
