Synopsis
Martial arts expert Jason Blade forms a "Crime Task Force" to assist in the capture of notorious criminal Jim Baxter. But when Baxter kidnaps Blade's girlfriend Gemma, he has to risk his own life to save her from an abandoned chemical plant rigged to explode.
