Synopsis

The 101-Year-Old Man Who Skipped Out on the Bill and Disappeared

Allan Karlsson is turning one hundred and one years old, and he is not interested in celebrating his birthday. So he decides to escape from his nursing home in his slippers and embarks on a hilarious adventure involving a suitcase full of cash, a gang of criminals, and an elephant named Sonya.

As Allan travels across Sweden, he meets a cast of eccentric characters who join him on his journey. Meanwhile, the police are hot on his trail, trying to figure out what happened to the missing centenarian.
