Synopsis

The Defiant Ones is a 1958 film directed by Stanley Kramer. The movie tells the story of two convicts, one white and one black, who escape from a chain gang while shackled together. Despite their initial animosity towards each other, they must learn to work together in order to survive and evade capture.
