Synopsis

Crack journalist, Jennifer Barron's life is turned upside down when her lover of four years, John Mackie, is brutally murdered by "person or persons unknown" while he, himself, was committing a political assassination.

Jenny is suddenly caught in an insidious web by an unrelenting International Consortium whose aim is to infiltrate America's political structure, reaching as far as the Presidency itself.

They seek to delete her with "Extreme Prejudice"...in short, to kill her for information John Mackie left on a computer disk they are convinced Jenny now has.

In her fight to stay alive and learn the truth, Jenny alone stands in the way of this ruthless regime.

A target herself, Jenny is shot at, chased, nearly drowned...and pursued into a tight emotional and physical corner, from which it appears impossible to escape.

But Jenny is a strong-willed, independent woman who rises to the challenge, and hers is the fight of every man or woman who has been pushed to the brink and survives...or does she?
