Synopsis

Snehamoy Chatterjee lives a poor lifestyle on the island of Bali in the Sunderbans of West Bengal, along with his maternal aunt who wants him to marry Sandhya. But Snehamoy, who teaches for a living, has entered into a long-term relationship with the Japan-based Miyage, and the two have made a betrothal without meeting. Sandhya will end up getting married, giving birth to a son, widowed, and after her mother's death, she will move in with them. Snehamoy will continue to correspond and even talk to Miyage on the phone, and it is here that he will learn that she is ill, and will consult with doctors who deal with a variety of Unani, allopathic, Ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines to find one. cure for his pen pal/wife.
