The Last American Virgin is a coming-of-age film that follows the lives of three high school friends - Gary, Rick, and David. Gary is a nice guy who falls for a new girl in school named Karen, only to find out that she is more interested in Rick, the school's resident bad boy. As Rick and Karen start dating, Gary is left heartbroken and alone.
Despite his feelings for Karen, Gary remains a loyal friend to Rick and helps him out whenever he can. However, when Karen becomes pregnant and Rick wants nothing to do with her, Gary steps in to support her and even pays for her abortion. As Karen starts to see Gary in a new light, he hopes that she will finally realize his true feelings for her.
As the film progresses, The Last American Virgin explores themes of friendship, love, and betrayal. It showcases the struggles of adolescence and the harsh realities of growing up. In the end, Gary learns some hard lessons about love and friendship, but ultimately comes to understand the importance of being true to oneself.
