Synopsis

The Mean Season

In The Mean Season, a journalist named Malcolm Anderson is tired of covering the same old stories in Miami. However, everything changes when he receives a phone call from a serial killer who promises to reveal exclusive information to him.

As Malcolm becomes more involved in the case, he finds himself torn between his journalistic duty to report the news and his moral obligation to protect the victims. The killer, known as the "Numbers Killer," begins to manipulate Malcolm, leading him down a dangerous path.

As the body count rises and the killer's taunts become more personal, Malcolm must race against time to stop the murderer before it's too late. Will he be able to outsmart the killer and save the next victim, or will he become another casualty in The Mean Season?
