Nolan and Lopez try talking sense into "sovereign citizen" Marvin Reynolds, but he shoots and escapes, an armed wanted felon. Tim's sister Gennifer Bradford visits to sell their father's house. Harper and Thorsen find in Reynolds' RV weapons and a manifesto. Evers refuses Lopez's request to record everything when in contact with Elijah Stone, due to client confidentiality and privilege. Thorsen counsels Harper, whose ex-husband wants to move with their daughter to San Francisco, to fight for custody, despite having been the absent parent. The police corner and hoot Reynolds aboard the Battleship USS Iowa Museum. Tim helps his sister in renovating the house, but refuses to visit their father, and openly endorses Nolan for union representative against the long unchallenged, lazy incumbent. Lopez builds a RICO case against Stone, but learns that Evers told Grey, who plans to use Evers as an informant.
