Synopsis

The Sound of One Hand Clapping is a novel by Richard Flanagan that tells the story of a father and daughter struggling to come to terms with their past and find a way to move forward.

The novel is set in Tasmania, Australia, and follows the lives of Slovenian immigrant Bojan Buloh and his daughter Sonja.
