Synopsis
Dr. Hattori and her husband view footage of brain surgery experiments on guinea pigs from Manchuria, Russia, and Japan found in the basement of a dilapidated hospital. Out of nowhere, there is a white light and when they look back, they see her children Ota Miyuki and Kaori looking at the light. Years later, Miyuki goes missing from Tama Medical University Hospital and her sister Kaori, Miyuki's boyfriend Motojima, and Detective Hirasawa search for her. However, Miyuki and the teenagers Kazochi, Takumi, Hattori, and Rieko have been subjected to a nightmarish experiment by Dr. Hattori and her team with tragic results.
