Synopsis

The Tenth Man

In the small village of Chelm, a wealthy man named Chaim returns home after being imprisoned during World War II. He discovers that his house has been taken over by the Nazis and his possessions are gone. Desperate to reclaim his home, Chaim strikes a deal with the village council: he will give them his entire fortune in exchange for his house.

However, the council decides that Chaim must also find a tenth man to join their minyan, a group of ten Jewish men required for prayer. Chaim struggles to find a tenth man, but eventually convinces a young man named Yossel to join them. As they prepare for their first prayer together, Chaim realizes the true value of community and friendship.

The Tenth Man is a heartwarming tale of resilience, forgiveness, and the power of faith in the face of adversity.
