Tiger's Revenge is a compelling story of two tiger sisters whose life journeys intermingle and clash against the backdrop of a breathtaking ancient fort in the Ranthambore National Park.
Dominant sister Sundari rules over the fort and lake area after ousting her older sibling Krishna who raises her 3 cubs in a nearby territory.
Sundari too desires motherhood, an ambition that leads her to make many unexpected choices - of mates, territories and finally a decision which results in her disappearance.
Though Sundari's choices were ruled by an instinctive desire to protect her cubs, ironically they leave them vulnerable with her tragic death.
Despite a natural instinct for domination over territory, it is their maternal instincts that finally decides and shapes the destinies of the two sisters.
The film unravels a poignant tale of motherhood even as it features the rivalry, jealousies and love stories of the two tiger siblings.
Filmed extensively over a period of 2 years by wildlife filmmaker Nalla, Tiger's Revenge captures the intimate and secret life of a tiger family in a film which takes the form of an observational documentary.
