Synopsis

Unforgotten is a gripping mystery series that follows Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) Cassie Stuart and her partner, Detective Sergeant (DS) Sunil "Sunny" Khan, as they investigate the discovery of a young man's body in a derelict building.

The victim, Jimmy Sullivan, was a homeless runaway who was murdered in 1976 when the building served as a hostel. His diary points to four suspects: a clergyman, an eminent entrepreneur, a community worker, and a disabled house-bound husband caring for his wife. Each of them harbors a dark secret.

As the investigation unfolds, the suspects' lies begin to unravel, causing those closest to them to question what else they may be hiding. Nothing in this case is black and white, and the series delves into the complexities of human nature and the secrets we keep from those we love.
