Synopsis

"Weird Science" is a 1985 American teen science fiction comedy film directed by John Hughes. The film follows two high school nerds, Gary and Wyatt, who create a virtual woman named Lisa using their computer. Lisa possesses magical powers and helps the boys gain confidence and popularity. However, things take a turn for the worse when Lisa's powers start to spiral out of control. As the boys struggle to keep up with the chaos, they must learn to take responsibility for their actions and ultimately grow up. The film explores themes of friendship, self-acceptance, and the consequences of playing with forces beyond our control.
