Synopsis

Whitechapel is a British television series that follows a team of detectives from the London Metropolitan Police as they investigate gruesome murders in the Whitechapel district. The team is led by Detective Inspector Joseph Chandler, who is joined by Detective Sergeant Ray Miles and Edward Buchan, a historical crime expert.

The series takes a unique twist as the detectives must not only solve the modern-day crimes but also uncover connections to historical murders that have taken place in Whitechapel. As they delve deeper into the cases, they realize that they are dealing with a copycat killer who is reenacting infamous crimes from the past.
