Synopsis

"Without Men" is a comedy film that takes place in a small Latin American village where all the men have been recruited to fight in a civil war. The women are left to fend for themselves and soon realize that they are perfectly capable of running the town without the men. However, when a group of American journalists arrive in the village, the women must put on a facade of helplessness to avoid being discovered. Chaos ensues as the women try to keep up the charade while also dealing with their newfound independence. Will they be able to maintain the illusion of needing men, or will the truth come out?
