Synopsis

Won't Back Down is a drama film that tells the story of two determined mothers, Jamie Fitzpatrick and Nona Alberts, who are frustrated with the failing public school system in their neighborhood.

Despite facing numerous obstacles and resistance from the school administration, Jamie and Nona refuse to give up on their children's education. They decide to take matters into their own hands and fight for change by using a little-known law that allows parents to take over failing schools.
