Sinopsis
Circumstances es un largometraje sobre un grupo de adultos jóvenes empobrecidos de Milwaukee, Wi que creen que la única forma de salir de su situación es a través del tráfico ilícito de personas, prostitución, robo y tráfico de drogas. Una historia que es demasiado común en las ciudades urbanas de Estados Unidos. En los últimos años ha habido un aumento en los arrestos y procesamientos de hombres jóvenes que los medios de comunicación han caracterizado como proxenetas monstruosos y de naturaleza demoníaca.
