Synopsis

Circumstances is a feature film about a group of impoverished young adults from Milwaukee, Wi who believe the only way out of their situation is through human trafficking, prostitution, robbery, and drug dealing. A story that is all too common in America's urban cities. In recent years there has been an increase in the arrests and prosecutions of young men who have been characterized by the media as monstrous pimps and demonic in nature. This assessment may be true in some cases, but it does not represent the majority of situations in which the majority of young men and women enter the sex trade. This movie conditions viewers with an almost accurate description of that entry. After watching Circumstances, you'll have a better understanding of why people choose to walk this path and live a lifestyle filled with so much pain.
