Sinopsis
"Legion", basada en los cómics de Marvel de Chris Claremont y Bill Sienkiewicz, es la historia de David Haller (Dan Stevens), un joven problemático que puede ser más que humano. Diagnosticado como esquizofrénico cuando era niño, David ha estado entrando y saliendo de hospitales psiquiátricos durante años.
Ahora, en sus primeros 20 años y libre una vez más, David se pierde en el ritmo de la estructurada rutina de la vida diaria: desayuno, almuerzo, cena, terapia, medicación, sueño. David pasa el resto de su tiempo en silencio compañero junto a su amiga parlanchina Lenny (Aubrey Plaza), una compañera paciente cuya adicción de por vida a las drogas y al alcohol no ha hecho nada para calmar su optimismo sin límites de que su suerte está a punto de cambiar.
La agradable insensibilidad de la rutina de David se ve completamente trastornada con la llegada de la hermosa y problemática nueva paciente Syd (Rachel Keller). De manera inexplicable, David y Syd se sienten atraídos el uno al otro, comparten un encuentro sorprendente, después del cual David debe enfrentar la impactante posibilidad de que las voces que escucha y las visiones que ve podrían ser reales.
