Sinopsis
En 2009, el gobierno noruego introdujo nuevas reglas para hacer cumplir la inmigración. Una era la norma de estancia preliminar para menores únicos menores de 18 años. Deben ser devueltos a su país de origen tan pronto como cumplan los 18 años.
