Avvicinandosi a questo momento attraverso l'estetica della sua pratica artistica visiva, il regista Matthew Sleeth porta una prospettiva intensamente personale, e questo film nasce dalle sue esperienze che hanno portato all'esecuzione di questi due uomini, insieme ad altri sei prigionieri. Matthew Sleeth ha tenuto laboratori d'arte all'interno della prigione di Kerobokan durante la riabilitazione di Myuran Sukumaran - crea un ritratto intimo e viscerale di Myuran durante le sue ultime 72 ore.
