Noi siamo i Video Cops, ti guardiamo mentre guardi! Ecco la storia surreale dell'Irlanda moderna, dove tutti devono registrare le proprie vite per legge. Solo, ad eccezione del gruppo ribelle, chiamato "Shy Santas", tutti gli altri sono costretti a conformarsi.
