Sinopse

Robert Neville (Will Smith) é um cientista que não conseguiu impedir a propagação do terrível vírus que era incurável e feito pelo homem neste thriller de ação pós-apocalíptico.

Imune, Neville é agora o último sobrevivente humano no que resta da cidade de Nova York e talvez do mundo.

Por três anos, Neville enviou fielmente mensagens de rádio diárias, desesperado para encontrar outros sobreviventes que possam estar lá fora.

Mas ele não está sozinho. Vítimas mutantes da praga - os Infectados - espreitam nas sombras - observando cada movimento de Neville - esperando por ele cometer um erro fatal.

Talvez a última e melhor esperança da humanidade, Neville é impulsionado por apenas uma missão restante: encontrar uma maneira de reverter os efeitos do vírus usando seu próprio sangue imune.

Mas ele sabe que está em desvantagem - e rapidamente está ficando sem tempo.
