Sinopse
Em 1992, o professor Richard Davidson, um dos principais neurocientistas do mundo, conheceu o Dalai Lama, que o encorajou a aplicar os mesmos métodos rigorosos que ele usava para estudar a depressão e a ansiedade no estudo da compaixão e da bondade, qualidades cultivadas pela prática da meditação tibetana.
