Synopsis

In 1972, the conflict in Vietnam continues. The growing threat of communism grips the nation with fear. In an abandoned prison on the US-Mexico border, KGB mole Nikolai Dzerzhinsky awaits his Washington Post contact. He has explosive evidence against the CIA, information that he will trade for asylum in the United States. Special Agent Robert Harper's orders are clear: take Dzerzhinsky's documents and kill him.
