Synopsis

"Accident" is a story about a self-styled accident choreographer known as the Brain, who is a professional hitman. He kills his victims by trapping them in well-crafted accidents that appear to be unfortunate mishaps, but are actually perfectly staged acts of crime. Perpetually burdened by guilt and naturally suspicious and morbid, the Brain is haunted by memories of his deceased wife.

After a mission goes awry and results in the death of one of his men, the Brain becomes convinced that the accident was orchestrated. He believes someone is plotting to eliminate him and his team, leading him to spiral into paranoia and blur the lines between reality and delusion.

When he encounters a mysterious insurance agent named Fong, who was present at the scene of the accident, the Brain becomes fixated on the idea that Fong is the mastermind behind a conspiracy to kill him. In order to regain his sanity and protect himself, he must eliminate Fong before he can make his next move.
