Synopsis

After the Rain is a heartwarming story about a young girl named Akira Tachibana who finds solace in a local café after a sports injury forces her to give up running.

One day, she meets the manager of the café, a 45-year-old man named Masami Kondo, and the two form an unlikely bond. Despite their age difference, they find comfort in each other's company and slowly begin to open up about their pasts and fears.
