Lana's led a troubled life. Her father was an abusive drunk, and her mother was always too beaten or high to take care of her. On this contemplative night, Lana goes through the city deliberating whether or not her 30 years of life thus far have proven to her, conclusively, that she isn't fit to become a mother herself. Can the apple fall far from the tree? As Lana states, it only needs to fall far enough.
