Synopsis

Once upon a time, in the city of Paris, there lived a humble juggler named Barnaby. He traveled from town to town, entertaining people with his juggling skills. However, Barnaby was not a wealthy man and often struggled to make ends meet.

One day, Barnaby arrived at the grand cathedral of Notre Dame. He decided to perform for the monks and nuns who lived there. Despite his lack of money, Barnaby gave his best performance, juggling with skill and grace.

After his performance, the monks and nuns thanked Barnaby for his entertainment but told him they had no money to give him. Feeling disheartened, Barnaby decided to offer his juggling skills to the Virgin Mary, hoping she would appreciate his talents.

Barnaby juggled day and night, never stopping to rest. The monks and nuns were amazed by his dedication and devotion to the Virgin Mary. One day, as Barnaby was juggling in front of the statue of the Virgin Mary, a miracle occurred.

The statue of the Virgin Mary came to life and smiled at Barnaby. She thanked him for his dedication and told him that his juggling had brought joy to her heart. The monks and nuns were in awe of the miracle that had taken place.

From that day on, Barnaby was known as the Juggler of Notre Dame. He continued to perform for the monks and nuns, bringing joy and happiness to all who watched him. His story became a legend, and people from far and wide came to see the humble juggler who had captured the heart of the Virgin Mary.
