Charm City Kings is a coming-of-age drama film that follows the story of Mouse, a 14-year-old boy from Baltimore who dreams of joining the Midnight Clique, a group of dirt bike riders who rule the streets of the city. Despite his mother's wishes for him to stay away from the dangerous world of illegal dirt bike racing, Mouse is determined to prove himself and earn his place among the Kings.
As Mouse gets closer to achieving his dream, he faces tough decisions and must navigate the challenges of growing up in a tough neighborhood.
