Synopsis

Checkout is a short film that follows the story of a young woman named Sarah who works as a cashier at a grocery store. One day, while scanning items for a customer, she notices a strange man watching her from the other end of the aisle. As the day goes on, Sarah becomes increasingly paranoid, convinced that the man is following her.

As she finishes her shift and heads to her car, the man suddenly appears and confronts her. He reveals that he knows her secret - that she is actually a former thief who has been living under a new identity. Sarah is shocked and terrified, unsure of what the man wants from her.

As the tension escalates, Sarah must decide whether to trust this stranger or run away before he exposes her past. The film explores themes of identity, redemption, and the consequences of our actions.
