Synopsis

Cloudburst is a heartwarming film about two elderly women, Stella and Dotty, who have been in a loving relationship for over 30 years. When Dotty is placed in a nursing home by her granddaughter, Stella decides to break her out so they can be together. The two embark on a road trip to Canada to get married, encountering various obstacles and challenges along the way.
