Synopsis
Catharine is a teenage girl living with her Quaker family in 1763 Pennsylvania. On the way to school one day, Catharine and her younger brother Thomas are captured by a group of Lenape Indians. At first Catherine longs to return home, but she adjusts to life in the Indian village. However, grief and heartbreak still follow.
