Synopsis

Reviving Ophelia tells the story of Marie Jones and Le Anne Dunley, two sisters who have always supported each other through life's challenges.

Marie is married to Walter and they have a 17-year-old daughter named Elizabeth, who seems to have a perfect life with her boyfriend Mark.

On the other hand, Le Anne is a single mother raising her 16-year-old daughter Kelli, who is struggling with the pressures of teenage life.

However, things take a dark turn when Mark starts to control Elizabeth, isolating her from others and becoming abusive.

Despite her denial of the abuse, Kelli becomes suspicious of Elizabeth's bruises and starts to investigate.

Elizabeth's parents try to intervene in the relationship, but it only makes things worse.

Eventually, Elizabeth decides to end the relationship and files a restraining order against Mark.

Will Elizabeth be able to stand up for herself before it's too late?
