Evelyn Soundtrack (2012)
Synopsis
Evelyn is a heartwarming film about a father's fight for custody of his children. Set in 1953, Desmond Doyle finds himself in a difficult situation after his wife leaves him and their three children. In Ireland at the time, it was illegal for a father to have custody of his children if the mother was not present. Determined to keep his family together, Desmond decides to take legal action against the government to regain custody of his children.
The film follows Desmond's journey as he faces numerous challenges and obstacles in his quest to be reunited with his children. With the help of his friends and a dedicated lawyer, Desmond fights against the odds to prove that he is a capable and loving father. Along the way, he learns valuable lessons about love, sacrifice, and the importance of family.
Evelyn is a touching story that highlights the strength of the human spirit and the power of love. It is a reminder that no matter how difficult the circumstances may be, with determination and perseverance, anything is possible.
