Synopsis

Extremis is a short film that follows a doctor who is faced with an ethical dilemma when she discovers a technology that can save lives but also has the potential to be misused.

The doctor must decide whether to use the technology, known as Extremis, to save a patient who is on the brink of death. As she grapples with this decision, she is forced to confront the consequences of her actions and the implications of playing god.

As the doctor races against time to make a decision, she is forced to confront her own beliefs and values. Will she choose to use Extremis and potentially save a life, or will she choose to uphold her ethical principles and risk losing a patient?

Extremis raises important questions about the intersection of technology and ethics, and the moral responsibilities that come with having the power to control life and death.
