In the steadily evolving city of Atlanta, there seems to be a trend of replacing lower income communities with a more thriving society. Leading the city's overhaul is Mayor William Brown, who promised to bring balance to every segment of Atlanta, regardless the social status. However, the pursuit of money and power can provoke a person to push morals and ethics to the side. Being the Mayor's right-hand man, Michael Shields finds himself in a dilemma; having to choose between being honorable versus corrupt; which can be a daunting task when caught between love, lies, and loyalty.
