Synopsis

Get Carter is a story about London mobster Jack Carter who returns to his home turf in Newcastle to attend his brother Frank's funeral. His bosses in London are not happy about the trip, fearing that Carter may cause trouble with local mobsters there.

Carter is convinced that his brother's death was not accidental, but rather a murder. He tries to avoid the two London mobsters sent to bring him back, and seeks help from Cyril Kinnear who points him to Cliff Brumby. Brumby claims that Kinnear is responsible for Frank's death, but doesn't know why.

Everything starts to make sense when Carter recognizes a woman in a porn movie, leading him to uncover the truth behind his brother's death.
