Synopsis

Inspector Mahendra Nath lives a middle-class lifestyle in Bombay along with his wife and son, Vijay. He is honest and diligent which leads him into the bad books of Davar who initially tries to kill Vijay but Vijay ends up being rescued by an honest trucker Shambhu. When Mahendra goes to avenge this assassination attempt, he himself is shot dead. Vijay swears to avenge the death of his father by trying to reform criminals and as a result, he is hired as a deputy jailer. Soon after, Vijay is shocked to find Shambhu as an inmate of this jail.
