Synopsis
"Man, it hurts! I'm bleeding inside," Bryant "HairKutt" Johnson complains, as he writhes in agony on his bed, coming cold turkey from a 15-year heroin addiction. There is no trafficker to give him a solution, there are no doctors or nurses to help him, nor a clinic to control. Instead, he is cared for by three of his closest friends, and his video camera, in a remote cabin 500 miles from his home on the streets of downtown St. Louis. These men have traveled to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee on a noble but dangerous mission: to help Johnson kick his habit the hard way.
