Heat Wave Soundtrack (2015)

Synopsis

In a small town in the south of France, life is made difficult by a sweltering heat wave and its corollary, a worrying lack of water. Everyone is under great pressure, especially farmers whose fields are not irrigated. That is why the residents are less and less amenable to one of them, Joseph, a mentally retarded young man whose endless antics are becoming, in such a tense context, a kind of intolerable inconvenience. The mayor desperately tries to calm things down but nothing helps...
